At California Camp Company, every item is made especially for you when you place an order. Because of this made-to-order process, our return policy is a little different than traditional retail.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error (such as the wrong item, incorrect print, or a noticeable print flaw), we’ve got you covered.

  • We offer a free replacement or refund for eligible issues.
  • Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
  • To help us resolve the issue quickly, we require clear photos showing the problem.

Once your claim is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

No Returns for Change of Mind or Size

Because all of our products are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Preference-based reasons (color, fit, or style expectations)

We strongly recommend reviewing our size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

How to Report an Issue

If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and the issue

Return Shipping

  • Defective or damaged items: Return shipping is not required unless specifically requested by our support team.
  • Non-defective items: Returns are not accepted due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
